Our company specializes in balloon exportation, with head office"WIN BRIGHT BALLOON&TOYS LTD"established in Hong Kong in ***** July 8th 2005, "FOSHAN WIN BRIGHT TOYS CO., LTD"was established, located in Nanhai, Foshan, which is close to "south gate of China", Guangzhou city. As a professional natural rubber balloon manufacturer, the factory covers an area of about 5000 square meters. It has one fully automatic assembly line and one hydraulic pressure assembly line. Annual capacity of 2#-3# water balloon is 1.5 billion and 7in.-12in. big balloons 150 million.By strictly implementing ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and 7S Management, the company keeps upgrading management level and staff quality. Also, it is actively pursuing the policy"timely delivery without compromising quality and satisfaction guaranteed with on-going improvement", aiming to manufacture products of good quality and competitive price. The 2# and 3# products have already passed SGS EN71-1, SGS EN71-2, SGS EN71-3, EN12868, and ASTM F963 tests since October 2006.
