    LisoundHearing Aid (Fuzhou) Co. Ltd. was established in March 1996 and hasits headquarters located in Fuzhou, a beautiful coastal city insoutheast China. Lisoundmanufactures many kinds of hearing care products, amongst which thecustomized in-the-ear, in-the-canal and complete-in-the-canalhearing aids are especially well-known. Moreover, the Chinese mediahas long regarded Lisound as one of the largest and foremostmanufacturers of customized hearing aids in China. Apartfrom hearing aids, the Company also manufactures many other typesof hearing care equipment and tools, including audiometric booths,PC controlled audiometers, hearing aid cleaning machines,mini-dryers, Lisound brand zinc-air batteries, and otheraccessories. From itsHeadquarters in Fuzhou, Lisound has set up hundreds of fittingcenters in large and medium sized cities throughout China,gradually forming a nationwide service network that providescustomers with professional sales, fitting and maintenance ofhearing instruments. Lisoundadopted the most advanced quality management systems right from itsfoundation, which assures that both incoming components andoutgoing products are under strict quality control and inspectionat all times. The medical devices quality management authoritiescertified the Company to be ISO9002 and ISO13488 accreditedmanufacturers in 1999, which gave Lisound the honor of being thefirst hearing aid manufacturer to obtain medical devices ISOcertification in China. In the past few years Lisound hasconstantly perfected its quality management system and passedISO13485:2003, ISO9001:2000, and MDD93/421EEC. As partof its continuing program of development, Lisound is also pleasedto advise that it obtained CE certification of its products inFebruary 2005 in preparation for its entry into the Europeanhearing aid market. Furthermore, Lisoundwas recently crowned as "Famous Brand" by the Fuzhou municipalgovernment and "Outstanding Product" by the Fujian provincialgovernment.
