Since 1993, Gidrolast, with capital of EUR 915,000, has confirmedits position in the design and manufacture of liftingequipment. The company is established in the heart of the area of CARBONATE, COMO, ITALY, on a covered site of 12,000 square meters, housing the registered office and the factory, with a staff of 100 people. Gidrolast has regularly invested to be able to rely on production equipment of quality. The Italian market leader, which is recognised as the foremost expert in manufacturing lifting tables and elevators, achieved a turn-over in 2014 of EUR 9 million , of which 80 % at export (equating to 1,000 to 1,200 hydraulic machines a year). The development of this equipment ranges from the simplest solution to highly specialist equipment, answering particular operational requirements in sectors as varied as chemistry, wood, armaments, car, railway, data processing, perfumery, administrative authorities, metallurgy, etc. During these years, Gidrolast has confirmed its vocation of designing / manufacturing ground-based levelling equipment. The productions range is very wide and extremely diversified.The manufacturing plantGidrolast Gidrolast factory has an indoor area of 12,000 m² and is fitted with powerful production equipment (machinery and digital control tooling centres).Gidrolast workshops areequipped with special machines necessary for the processing ofmetals: cutting,tooling, cylinders, assembly-welding, hydroelectric assembly,surface treatment.They also have significanthandling resources: overhead travelling cranes, brackets,forklift trucks.The order-book represents 80% production of specific equipment(standard: 20%), resulting in a pattern of lifting tables andplatforms able to support up to 100 tons lifting capacity, andtelescopic lift able to lift up to 30 meters in height. At thepresent time, more than 20 000 lifting devices and platforms are inoperation.
