The company is mainly engaged in the professional technical metal supplying, include tooling making(extrusion, forging, stamping, die casting, plastic injection),aluminum products(led heatsink,led lamp cup, CPU cooler) and so on.Tooling making include extrusion, forging, stamping, die casting, injection for metal and plactic. Aluminum products include aluminum profiles, led heatsink, led lamp cup, led shell, aluminum tube and etc. With not only the primary processes like extrusion, cold forging, die casting and stamping for LED light heat sinks and others aluminum products, but also all secondary processes like precise cutting, drilling holes, tapping, CNC machined, Turning, Grinding, and tertiary processes like color anodizing, sand blasting, polishing and matte.GLARY has 7 producing lines of extrusion machines ranging from 600T to 2100T, max diameter is 320mm and min diameter is 14mm so far. We are building a new tool and extrusion workshop so that we can provide you heat sinks over 320mm diameter in 2014-2015. All standard aluminums available like 6005, 6061, 6063 with low MOQ starting from 2M.GLARY has 5 producing lines of forging machines ranging from 200T to 2000T, max diameter is 350mm and min diameter is 20mm so far. Pure aluminum 1070 and copper CU1100 can be accepted, the heat dissipator can be reach to 300W. The shape can be made into round, square, rectangle and hexagon shape. The fins can be made into round pins, straight fins, blade fins and flared fins. The color can be made anodizing with silver, black, blue, red, purple, gold and so on.
