We are consultants to the Federal Ministry of Ttransport in Nigeria,and have its mandate to offer to you, the above mentioned materials for immediate purchase from the various stations of the Nigeria Railway Corporation.As you may have been aware, The World Bank has granted the Nigeria Railway Corporation various sums in loan amounting to usd$3. billions for the replacement of it rail lines and refurbishment of its train coaches, since 1998, This projects has been executed and the used metals, materials and copper wires are now approved by the Ministry of Transport for immediate disposal as scrap metals. This to include: 1).HMS 1 and 2 (ISRI 200-206)2).HMS 1 (ISRI 200-202) 3).Used Rails (R50 &＃8211; R65) All purchases are on FOB basis, ex - Apapa ports, Lagos.
