    "GLASS IS OUR SPECIALITY"GLASSWORKS "GLOSS WORLD" The main product of our Glassworks is plate rolled figured glass. Nowadays, thanks to our cooperation with leading European companies which produce glass production machinery, we have the most modern production line in Poland, which gives us the opportunity to provide the highest quality glass product recognized throughout Europe. We manufacture the most popular patterns of glass, which can be used in the furniture or building industry, for door glazing or partition walls. The new production line has been opened in 2005 and contains U-flame furnace which gives 110t of glass. For rolling, decompressing , cutting and confectioning of glass we use glass devices of leading European producers like Rurex Stahl GmbH , Horn or Grenzebach.The whole technological process is automatic which guarantees the best quality of our glass. Our products are crated in wooden boxes or end capes - depends on size and customers requirements. The max. width of our glass is 2400mm , max. length is 4500mm.We also process our glass which means we cut it, grind it and blunt the edges.We constantly improve the quality of our glass to keep our customers satisfied, but in the whole cycle we never forget to protect the natural environment, as some of the waste products can be used in our production again.It is a big advantage nowadays as the glass market is filled with waste products made of plastic packs and products, being in many cases just a substitution for glass which is unaesthetic, useless and can not equate with the beauty of real glass.Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC); That statute initiates duty to get IPPC includes BAT (Best Available Techniques).Max glass parameters :Rolled flat ornamental glass ; Solar glass: length to 4350mm, width 2400mm, thickness to 8mm for ornamental glass and 3 and 4mm for Solar glass.Wired glass : thickness is 6mm, 7mm.
