Greatness Sanitary Industrial, Co. (G.S.I.) was established in 1978, originally conducting business as a family-owned casting factory. Success in this field led to increased demand from our customers and the subsequent need to expand the factory to 4, 000 square feet as well as service offerings to include manufacturing, assembly and packaging of residential style faucet and hardware. We began our production manufacturing compression style faucets, eventually upgrading to washerless style construction. During this time we developed and implemented several unique design improvements, many of which were adopted by the industry and are still in use today. Due to the level of success in the residential plumbing market we opted to branch out and were the first in Taiwan to develop OEM products for the commercial plumbing industry including Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels and other foodservice related institutions. On the heels of this expanded product offering, we located to a new 100, 000 square foot facility in 1994.
