Dear Customer,According to the reports from our after-service department, some customers failed to follow the charging instructions in Point 2.3 of Page 9 in Operation Manual when they were charging the battery of the electric motor car, which shortened the service life of the battery. This note is to warn the customer to strictly follow the requirements of the Operation Manual, so as to prolong the battery’s service life and efficiency. 1. While the voltage of the vehicle battery reaches 130V, the vehicle shall be stopped using for charging, otherwise the service life of the battery and the single discharging time will be greatly shortened.2. After discharging (as long as it has been used), it is recommended that the electric motor car be charged when not in use at night; which will benefit the service life of the battery. 3. It shall not be over discharged, that is to say, the discharging shall be stopped when the voltage is up to 130V/set, otherwise, it will greatly shorten the service life of the battery and the single discharging time.
