Ha Viet Handicraft has more than 20 years of experience producing lacquer ware before it was officially established in 2007 with registration No : 01C8011216 . Total revenue each years is more than amounted to $ 500,000 . The main market is the EU ,which amounts 80 percents of shipment . The rest is sent to the US .OEM orders take 90 percents of output . We manufacture bamboo , MDF , fiberglass , fiber wood , ceramic and paper lacquer ware . Vases , sculptures , bowls , boxes , trays , plates are the best selling , comprising three-fifths of turnover . We target the low-end and midrange price segments . Bowls are generally available for $2 . A 40*100cm vase with eggshell trimmings starts at $50 . Bamboo is mainly sourced from suppliers in Thanh Hoa province . Ceramic is produced from Bat Trang village of Hanoi . Two freelance designers release approximately 100 models per year . Samples can be finished from one to two weeks . Ha Viet Handicraft operates a 1,500sqm workshop of lacquer ware in the Duyen Thai commune of Hanoi , and more than 2,000sqm workshop of bamboo ware in Y Yen commune of Nam Dinh . Painting , polishing and packing are done in-house . Material cutting , assembly and gluing are subcontracted to home-based workers . The facility can produce 8,000 pcs per month . The average monthly output is 4,000pcs . The company has 20 permanent and 20 part-time employees . A QC team checks all items during each manufacturing stage . Carton boxes are normally used as packing . The minimum order requirement is 10 available pcs / 50 to 100 customers’ designs . Delivery time is from 7 days to 70 days , depend on quantity . .
