HAMZAGIL EMRIME SAN VE TIC ***** * We have experience more than 40years for producing fabrics for Ladies & Children wear in ourown factory which is the biggest one in Bursa textile ***** We have3 companies in our group. Main company and the factory : HamzagilEmprime A.S. others Hamzagil Ltd. and AykutHamzagil. * Especially,we are very mighty in knitted printed fabric and plain dyed range.Example : Now, we are preparing 2015 seasons designs. And willbe Ok in a few weeks. * We produce fabrics between weights; 60gr/m2 to 250 gr/m2. * All Fabrics we produced either woven &knitted fabrics which is plain dye or printed .Fabrics mixtured by:a- 100% Cotton & Cotton Blends ; b- 100% Viscose & ViscoseBlends c- 100% Polyester & Polyester Blend d- 100% Silk &Silk Blends e- Pes/Ea, Pes/Vis, Vis/Ea, Cotton/Vis, Vis/Ray,Knitted Fab., Nyl(PA)/Ea, Cotton/Ea, Cotton/Ray. fabrics * Ourminimum quantity for production is 800 1.000 mts for eachcolour and design * Our shipment time is generally between 2-3weeks (Ex-mill) after all confirmation. * We have 3 different kindof printing ( 1 flat print and, 2 Rotary print ) and 8 plain dyingmachines ( one of them is for sampling) and also other finishingmachines. Because of this our capacity is very high. Aprx. Between800.000 and 1.000.000 mts/month * We are capable to produce samplemeters ( printed fabrics ) from 7 mts till 25 mts . We have 4sampling printing machines and 2 digital printing machines .Webelive that we give one of the best and fastest services to ourcustomer. We generally deliver the sample meters requests max.within a week to our customers !!! For your info ( Important)Making CADs : 30-60 minutes ( by mail) St/off : By digital :Aprx. 2 days , By sample printing machines : 4 days ( free ofcharge) 2 mts  24 mts sample print : 5-7 days ( generallydouble price for each quality, ) Less than 800 mts : 25% surcharge( it can be change upon quality and customer) Less than 500 mts: Wecan talk about the price with you but for starting, pls be sure wewill do our best. Running orders : 800 mts  20.000 mts :Aprx: 2-3 weeks / 20.000 mts  50.000 mts : Aprx: 3-4weekstime * We quote our prices FOB-TURKEY base but we can alsoquote CIF prices against to destination and ordered quantity . * Bythe way; I have to say this, we are already working with Germany,England, France, Belarus, Russia, Belgium, Spain markets( Zara,Mango, C&A, Bonita etc). Now we have more than running 2.200designs ( all of them created from original artworks from differentdesign studios).
