    HANYANG ZAS company more than 40 years of experience in theprocessing of different kinds of plastics. We purvey products formany trades, but mostly for motorization and household goods line.Currently we have 200 employees; our productive halls , magazinesand offices occupies the area of 12.828, 6 m2. We specialize in: *The production with the technology of the injection - theproduction hall is equippedin 48 injection moulding machines withclamping force from 75 to 1300 tons. * Painting - we have twopainting lines; one is fully automated, equipped with three FANUCrobots with six axes and a paint supply system, what enable us topaint precisely in the three-layer system. * Assembly- the manualand semi-automatic assembly. This year we made heavy investments inour machine park, for example purchase of seven new injectionmoulding machines, and modernization of the paint shop. Wecollaborate with many exacting customers as for example GeneralMotors (GM) and FSO S A. In this year we have began production of130 details to new Chevrolet Aveo, what gives the biggest packagegained for this project by Polish company. We are also experiencedin household goods production. You can find our components inproducts such a companies like, for instance, Philips, Plast Team,Ikea, LG and Thompson. The quality of our products can be confirmedwith obtained by us certificates: ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002.
