Hawaii Phytomedicine is the largest producer of Hawaiian Noni juice and concentrate in the worldWe created our company to produce the highest quality Hawaiian Noni Juice and concentrate available. This has been achieved by abandoning the "traditional" method of producing noni juice in which manufacturers simply dump the noni fruit into large vats and wait for the noni fruit to ferment, thus releasing a small amount of juice. We have taken a scientific approach to the method and employed equipment and procedures used in the general juicing industry to press the juice out of the fruit with German wine presses then pasteurizing the juice at low temperatures under possitive pressure to maintain all the nutrients. thus producing a standardized fresh juice rather than a fermented one.
