Heavy industry import and export limited was officially founded in 2012 and located in Shanghai China with constant improvement. our company has became a leading supplier of used construction equipments and handling/lifting equipments and vehicles over the past 5 years. Today we has gained domestic and abroad recognition and trust of providing qualified products and services to our customers from south east of Asia, Africa, Middle east. over the five years, we already have had rich experience in this field. we  promise: quality first, customer supremacy, in line with good faith and reasonable price for business philisophy in the process of our management from purchasing, maintenance, to selling, shipping and after service. 1. Purchasing our purchase manager mr joe has quite good knowledge in the equipments and trucks which makes him a NO. 1 purchas man in our company and always can get good quality machines 2. maintenance we have our team to do the set of job from our engineer checking first then comes to refurblish by our workers. our main engineer Mr wong has over more than 35 years experience in checking the equipments and trucks. He is the one who is on the charge of inspection of each units once there are new arrival trucks, and Mr Lee who also has very rich experience in these machines and he is a know-it-all. 3.Selling now we already have 5 trade persons who all can speak quite good English and can communicate with clients very well 4.Shipping we have long-term relationship with shipping agents who can meet up different shipping requirements ( container, roro, flat rack, bulk) 5.Service our trade members will follow up with all sale process, if there is any problem with our machines, they will transfer feedbacks given by our customers to our general manager. Our general manager will deal these matters such as arranging good spare parts or refunding equivalent amounts to our customers.
