Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Company Ltd. is the largest ERW steel pipe manufacturer in Northern China. Established in 2005, we have a modern factory covering an area of 300,000 square meters, with over 600 employees and a fixed asset of 151 million USD, annual output capacity is up to 600,000 Tons. We can quickly fulfill all of our domestic and international customers orders, try our best to meet customers requirements.We are located in Cangzhou city, Hebei province, a large steel production base in Northern China. Huayang is near to the raw material steel mill, such as Hebei Zhongtie Equipment Company, Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, Shougang Group, Jinxi Group, which reduce the material cost. At the same time, Huayang is 210 kilometers from Beijing, 150 kilometers from Tianjin City, 160 kilometers from Xingang port, with convenient transportation, which is convenient for customers visit and reduce the transportation cost. With lower material cost control, we can offer more competitive price and significant profit for our customers.Huayang use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, a 219-426 ERW steel pipe production line, a 426-660 ERW steel pipe production line, twenty 245-820 thermal expansion pipe production lines, and a newly added 114.3-219 ERW pipe welding line which is worth 79 million USD. We have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.In 2015, we build a new advanced JCOE production line for LSAW pipe and Hollow Sections. LSAW steel pipe size range from 16 to 56 (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 6mm-50mm. Hollow Sections including Square Steel Tube and Rectangular Steel Tube, size from 400mm*400mm to 1100mm*1100mm
