Products are produced by a full set of stainless steel equipment, strictly selecting of fresh bone skin, through repeated washing, degreasing, neutralization, cooking and liquefaction, sterilization, concentrate, sterilization again, drying and inspect etc. All this enrichment procedures and pipelining make up dozens of processes. Edible gelatin is widely used in foodstuff, such as freezing meat, can and candy, sausage and ice cream, Edible grade gelatin is composed of Islamic workshop and Jewish workshop. We can provide Halal Warrant and Jewish Warrant. The fineness of Edible gelatin normally is 5 mesh, it is also can be processing in compliance with the degree of fineness 10-120mesh as fine as milk powder. Medicine gelatin is mainly used in soft and hard capsules, sugar coating tablets, hemostatic sponge.
