The company made a successful foray into export as it exported Berberine HCL to M/s Alps Pharmaceuticals Industries Co. Ltd. Tokyo (Japan). Punjab Govt took note of the feat and bestowed State Export Award and Productivity award in 1991 and 1992 on Himachal Pharmaceuticals Industries. Over the years Himachal Pharmaceutical Industries has grown both in fame and stature as an organization. Presently Himachal Pharmaceuticals Industries has two state of the art factories in the name of Himachal Phytochemicals G.T Road, Libra-Khurana Dist. Ludhiana.
