INTRODUCTIONWe have pleasure to Introduce Ourselves as one of Leading Manufacturers and Exporter of BRASS FORGING COMPONENTS, BUILDING HARDWARE, COMPRESSOR FITTING, SANITARY FITTINGS, PIPE FITTINGS, CABLE GLANDS & BRASS PARTS. We produce 10 LAKH QUANTITY of material per month with ANNUAL TURNOVER of US $12 MILLION.OUR CLIENTSWe are in this field from last 12 Years and supplying material throughout India as well as in Asia, Europe, Singapore, African Countries, Italy and Gulf Countries. TYPE OF MACHINERY USED We use Brass Scrap ?Honey? as raw material which is Imported from U.S.A. and same is melted in our own foundry. We then process this in machineries which are locally made to give us better result and specification. We are also using Forging Machines along with CNC Machines, Turbo Automatic Machine ( 1mm TO 60), Roll Threading Machine, Center less Grinding Machine, Straightening Machine, Milling & Drilling Machines for Precision Components. QUALITY AND QUANTITYOur factory is equipped with most sophisticated machineries and excellent laboratory to ensure Quality of each product. We can offer you Quality material in Quantity at a time as we have Advanced and Automatic Machines operated by 100 Skilled persons, along with 15 Technical persons to assist them along with Inspection Engineers for checking material at every stage of manufacturing.Further, for QC purpose we have now concentrated towards ISO 9002-2001.Our Aim is to supply Quality material at REASONABLE RATE to our Client for everlasting Business relationship.
