Buyer and Seller will exchange four (4) hard Copies by courier, two each. 8 4 After exchanging contracts Buyer shall issue the Non-operative RDLC Irrevocable Transferable fully payable 100% at sight to Seller s bank within 5 international bank days. 8 5 Within 10 international banking days upon receive the Non-operative RDLC from Buyer s bank, Seller shall issue total value s 1% of Performance Bond for Buyer and active Buyer s the non-operative RDLC. 8. 6 Inspection by SGS and Shipment of the first batch will commence within 20 (Twenty) days from the date the RDLC is actives at Seller s bank.
