Fuchi Company was began in 1958 as a fertilizer plant in Huanggang area, which became a state-run joint stock company with the approval of provincial commission for restructure in 1997 and a private stock limited liability company in the property rights system reform in July 2002. In February 2010, the company started its running by China Grand Enterprise. Occupied an area of 600 thousand square meters, the present total assets of the company are CNY 420million and its employees are nearly 1000 with more than 200 hundred professionals. It holds four subsidiaries, six factories, and in terms of production scale of taurine, calcium superphosphate and dimethyl sulfate, we rank the top three in these industries of China respectively. Our present annual productive capacity is 50000tons dimethyl sulfate, 7000tons nitromethane, 150000tons industrial sulfuric acid, 2200 tons sodium fluosilicate, 20000 tons sodium bisulfite,300000tons calcium superphosphate and 100000tons compound fertilizer.
