We are under Shandong Xinyi Group and mainly focused on manufacturing C.V Joint, C.V Axle and Drive shaft, 80% of our products have been exported to U.S., Germany, Italy, UAE, Russia and etc. The manufacturing facilities we adopt for C.V.Joint and drive shaft are as follow:CNC track grinder for CVJ outer race and inner race from Italy FMT s.r.l. unit meccanodora,Ball spline and thread machine tools from Germany EX-CELL-O Corporation,Carburizing, hardening and tempering continuous heat treatment equipment from Germany IPSEN Quenching and tempering equipment from Germany EFD. The inspection devices we adopt for c.v.joint and complete drive shaft are as follow:Global performance 575 coordinate measuring machine from Germany hexagon Metrology,Axio Imager A1M from Germany Carl Zeiss, etc. Our chief engineer partly from GKN and ZWZ, they have rich work experience and deal with technology, production and quality control.
