Located in the city of Huzhou, near Shanghai, we have a manufacturing facility covering more than 40,000 square meters, where we employ a large workforce of dedicated employees. Moreover, we own advanced production lines imported from Germany andr Switzerland. Our manufacturing equipment includes several advanced extrusion lines, with excellent capacities , a surface treatment line, powder spraying lines, heat insulation profile bar lines and electrophoresis lines. Nobel has a more than ten years experiences in producing high-quality aluminum, professional, efficient and managerial teams and seven advanced production lines and perfect quality testing equipments. Monthly production is up to 1000 tons. Process technique mainly includes aluminum casting, mold design and manufacturing, profile extrusion, powder coating treatment, aging treatment, polishing treatment, sandblasting treatment, and anodized treatment. The monthly capacity of the Oxide production line is up to 600 tons, which can fully reach the personalized requirement of our clients.
