Company Introduction
Founded in 1975 as a building mechanical workshop, Icaro Machinery is today a world-leading manufacturer of cutters and benders machines used in processing reinforcement rods for both civil and industrial building works.The development of cutters and benders caused that other parallel activities (as props and scaffolds, hence the name which means scaffolding) ran out progressively to focus on the "core business". Success and fame came also from participation in special projects (as well documented by our site www.icaromachinery.com).To fully test equipments and individual components, Icaro decided to tackle the most gruelling building experiment of the 90’s by contributing to the construction works in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia where significant performance machines are required to allow working 24 hours a day.Icaro increases in sales, production, and on the surface: in 2014 comes the most modern factory (in Europe) of cutting and bending machines of small and medium capacity, located in Lallio, in the province of Bergamo in which have been introduced most efficient and modern equipment, continuously updated and optimized, allowing still to ensure the highest quality and uptime competitive.
