Company Introduction
We would like to introduce our company as plastic injection moulding company started in 2003 specialised for molding small electrical, electronic & industrial parts.We have 25 micro processor molding machines from 40T to 260T, hopper dryers, mtc, hot runner controllers, chillers, dehumidifiers, pad printing, screen printing machines, laser printing, pneumatic presses, shrink wrapping, annealing, sub-assembly with pneumatic systems, etc.Our factory is certified for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000:2004, UL Certified Molder, UL & CSA certified products, 5S factory system, Kanban dispatches etc.Various engineering plastics like PA6, PA66, PA46, PBT, PET, PC, ABS, PU, TPE in GF and FR grades from reputed brands like Zytel, Hytrel, Akulon, Arnite, Valox, Lexan, Cycoloy, Desmopan, etc are used on regular basis in our moulding.We also have a fully equipped Tool room with skilled manpower and machines like EDM, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Turning, Tig Welding etc to maintain the molds run by us.We request you to give us an opportunity to be of service to your esteemed organisation.
