Company Introduction
The insulspaceR system was developed in Port Macquarie by Steve and Scott Wallis from Wallis Plumbers. As a successful roofing contractor for over 25 years, Wallis Plumbers was looking for a quick and simple way of complying with BCA Section J (Australian Building Code Thermal efficiency Standards) for commercial buildings with suspended ceilings. After extensive searches for a suitable product, it was discovered that nothing was available that satisfied the requirements of a busy commercial roofing company. All products we found were either too expensive or too labour intensive to be commercially viable (some were not even endorsed by the metal roofing manufacturers). We initially decided to create our own product to fill this gap just to satisfy the requirements of Wallis Plumbers. However, after realising how effective the insulspaceR was, we chose to commercialise it for widespread use in section J compliance applications. We are committed to providing a quality product at an economical price, that makes the job for you, the roofer, much easier. Our company currently has one production facility in Port Macquarie NSW, which has the output capacity to fill most orders within 1 week.We welcome expressions of interest from international firms, and can quickly and easily design products that conform to your countries standars and roofing profiles.
