Panels are the interlocking type with a tongue and groove jointing system, thus eliminating the need for a joiner mould or cover strip. Panel joints both externally and internally are effectively sealed with sealant, ensuring an effective vapour seal and hygienic finish. Our basic composite panel consist of a 16 Density Fire Retardant Isolite Polystyrene core bonded between two outer preformed metal skins with two pack polyurethane adhesive, thus giving impressive structural characteristics to this product. A variety of other core materials are available as are finished face materials required in today’s changing world.
