Company Introduction
Integritex UK was formed in year 2000 as a direct result of thepresent partners becoming imbued with the ânuclear flavourâ ofSouth Oxfordshire. The Harwell Atomic Research Centre and âThe JETProjectâ being on their doorstep; these were familiar local namesthat they had not only grown up with but whose very presencenearby, had resulted in significant partnership income via theirother company that had commenced trading back in 1989.The original family business was a âCorporate Wear & SafetySupplies enterprise; JET was one of the largest accounts during1990 â 1991. They became increasingly aware that in addition toeveryday âme tooâ products such as boots/gloves/masks/uniforms,there were also highly specialist products i.e. âAir Fed Suitsâ andother niche items in the hostile environment sectors of the PPE/RPEmarket place. A decision was made to focus entirely on that field.Integritex came into being as a separate company and for a while,ran alongside the older family business until in 2007, after 18years of successful trading, the original enterprise was sold andall effort was devoted to the growth of Integritex in support ofthe UK nuclear industry.
