With respect to our Service Fee Incentives, the same is negotiable and could be in the form of Commission Basis, Fixed Rate Basis, Joint-Venture as Industrial Partner Basis, or in such other reasonable forms and terms as may be mutually agreed between the CLIENT and NISYL. The CLIENT-NISYL business relationships commences from the time the CLIENT JOB ORDER format of NISYL is filled up by the CLIENT and signed by both CLIENT and NISYL.
