J.A Island roasters are the producers of True Blue Coffee, 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. Our premium brand of Blue Mountain Coffee is grown on environmentally friendly farms in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Each bean is hand picked at the peak of ripeness, washed in the fresh springs of the mountains, fermented , and then sun dried. This traditional process produces a truly exquisite flavour which balances aroma, body, and light acidity.The Arabic beans are then micro roasted to perfection to intensify the flavours of the world's finest coffee.
