Jaya Group was established in 1981 when it commenced business as tug and barge operator. We are in the business of Fleet Owning and Chartering Operations and Shipyard operations in the building of new vessels. Our expertise is in the small and medium size offshore support vessels and include Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs, Straight Supply Vessels, Utility vessels, Azimuth Thruster Tugs, Ocean Towing tugs, Flat Top Barges, and Accommodation cum Work Barges. Today, we are recognized as one of the leaders in the Offshore Shipping and own a diversified fleet of Offshore Vessels available for Charter Worldwide serving the Offshore oil & gas, marine construction, mining and general marine related Industries. We pride ourselves for our unwavering commitment to creating value for our customers as well as shareholders. Our competitive edge lies capitalizing on the continuing strong demand for quality offshore vessels worldwide in support of the health state of oil and gas industry and our main source of revenue is also from the Offshore Vessel Chartering business. To cater to the strong demand for quality Offshore Vessels, we have put in place an aggressive newbuilding programme involving our own Shipyards in Singapore, Batam, China as well as to the third party shipyards to which the Group outsources some of its newbuilding projects. Our quality management system, environment management and safety systems have been certified for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001: 1999 standards respectively and we promote a quality conscious, environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace.
