    Over 25 years ago, AL JAZEA Contracting Est., owned by Mr. Fahd Al-Hamady started its work in the contracting field, particularly in water and sewage systems. It primarily dealt with most kinds of pipes and their fittings. Since its inception, a huge experience in pipes and fittings was accumulated especially in ductile iron pipes and DCI fittings which are being used on a wide scale all over Saudi Arabia and in neighboring countries.JDFF factory of DCI fittings is the latest addition to AL JAZEA GROUP; it is the result of a long and hard effort to establish a new and unique industry in the Kingdom to overcome the increasing needs and the high demand of DCI fittings for the Saudi and the adjacent markets.1. Ductile Cast Iron Fittings: Tees, bends, tapers, collars, etc. and all kinds of DCI fittings for DCI pipes are being manufactured by JDFF factory according to ISO 2531, with internal lining of cement mortar and rich zinc and bitumen external coating. 2. Valves:a) Gate Valves flange type size from 80 to 500mm, PN 10-16 Socket type size from 90-225mm. Seating according to DIN standard, Epoxy Powder Coating and non-rising stem. b) Butterfly Valves Wafer Type model, size range 100 to 600mm. Double Flanged Type, size range 200 to 1000mm. c) Check valves Wafer Type Swing Check valve, size 100 to 300mm. Double Flange Non returns valve, size 100-400mm.d) Air Release Valves Single Orifice, Double Orifice. 3. Manhole Covers and Frames:4. Both cast iron and ductile iron manhole covers and gratings with standard dimensions are produced by JDFF factory.
