We are a publicly-traded gold and silver mining company. Our priority is to advance our properties toward commercial production and enhance shareholder value through the growth of its wholly-owned subsidiary.Our property is located in the heart of the world&＃39;s most prolific silver mining district and a host to a number of gold bearing veins identified at surface. These veins were mined via underground mining by us. Historic production records are unavailable; however, We had previously confirmed that high grade gold and silver mineralization exists within at least two of the vein structures.A high quality, fully permitted gold-silver mine and a modern leased plant in the historic silver mining district, with good exploration potential to expand resources and good acquisition potential to consolidate other properties with stranded resources and exploration targets in the area. Although exploration efforts to date have focused on the gold bearing vein system at surface, We believe that there is significant potential to explore for large scale gold and silver bearing targets at depth hosted within Mesozoic rocks that are typical of the district.We are licensed to trade worldwide.
