Jiangsu Dongchen Electronics Technology Co.,ltd.is a large scale manufacturer of Micro-electronics products in Jiangsu, China. And we were public listed in 2010.We possess 4 subsidiary companies and have about 800 employees in total and more than 30 engineers in R&D department. We own 6 production lines to produce many kinds of micro-electronics products, such as Mosfet transistor, Thyristor (SCR & Triac), IGBT, Protective Component, Integrated Circuit etc. We have standard management system and strict quality control. And we have certificated by ISO, UL, RoHS.etc. So now, our products have been exported to many countries stably and gain the full recognition by the customers.
