Jiangsu Hongbao Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of diesel engines, gasoline engine connecting rod, crankshaft, as well as the railway car steering knuckle forgings.Existing staff of 520 employees; engineers, technicians and quality control personnel 80 people, 3 key professor-level senior engineers, college or professional and technical personnel 50 people. The company totally have 18 production line, including 400T, 600T, 630T, 1, 000T, 1, 600T, 2, 000T, 2, 500T, 4, 000T hot forging press line ; and 3 large friction press line, they are 1, 000T, 1, 600T, 2, 500T; Annual output reaches 25, 000 tons, including 10 million pieces of various forging connecting rod. Heat treatment equipment: vacuum quenching furnace, vacuum annealing furnace and others.Testing Equipment: Metal Element Analyzer, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester, Eddy Current Hardness Tester, BROWN & SHARP CMM and other specialized testing equipment.Machining centers: such as MIKRON, HAAS high-speed mold machining center, CNC milling, EDM and other mold processing equipment;Five major forging products: Engine Connecting Rod and crankshaft (about 80%), Railway Forgings, Motorcycle Forging, Oil Drill Pipe Joints, Construction Machinery Forgings.
