Jiangxi Institute of Biological products was established in 1969. Its original name is Shanghai Institute of Biological Products, Jiangxi Branch. The institute has produced biological products for more than 30 years. Its system was changed to company limited in 2002.Now it is an office under Shenzhen Jinruifeng Development Co., Ltd. (Group). Under the attention and support of local government, it is a modernized medicine and chemical enterprise of realizing the organic combination of optimizing of industry construction and risk investment. Now it is the largest high-tech enterprise for specially producing and researching antitoxins and immune sera in China.The institute mainly manages tetanus antitoxin (immunoglobulin) and concurrently manages chemical products, such as chlorine dioxidc, povidone iodine and intensified glutaraldehyde, etc. The production capacity of tetanus antitoxin is the first place in China. The product won the title of Excellent New product by the province in 1998,the New Product Gold Prize by the Southeast Asia Chamber of ? Commerce in 2001,and the Excellent New Product Gold Cup by the Seventh Asean Congress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002.
