             Ken Agritech Pvt Ltdis one among the leading gherkin (cucumber) processing andexporting companies from India. The company was established in theyear 1997 and is based in Hubli, Karnataka, which is surrounded bythe area which has ideal agro climatic conditions to grow gherkinsand other vegetables and fruits.  It is a 100% exportoriented unit. The company has a modern plant which has capacity of processing 7,000- 10,000 jarsper hour. The plant is IFS and FSSC certified, both of which areinternational food safety certifications. The endeavor of thecompany is to meet customer requirement in terms of PRODUCTQUALITY, FOOD SAFETY & DELIVERY. Stringent quality systemshave been one of our strengths since inception, and our experiencein supplying to highly demanding international customers,have strengthened our systems.The company exportsgherkins and other vegetables in vinegar, acetic acid & brineto customers in Russia, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany,South Korea, USA,  and other countries. The products areexported in glass jars, Tins and in carboys. Some of the customers   are - SIENA (Australia), BROVER(France), LORADO(Germany), MADO(Belgium), IMPORT EXPRESS &LUTIK(Russia), GOOD DAY( Kazakhstan). Our products are sold inretail chains in many countries. The company also supplies pickledgherkins to Unilever.The company has grownconsistently over a period of 17 years. The company has alsowon many awards for its export performance from the stategovernment.The company hascontract farming arrangement with around 3000 farmers. Underthis arrangement the company provides seed, fertilizer, pesticideand other inputs to the farmers, and buy gherkins, jalapeno,cherry tomato and other crops. With its own agricultureextension division, complete control on the quality and supply ofthe raw material has been achieved. This is one of thecompanys competitive advantage.As a part of expansionstrategy Ken has entered in to the domestic market.
