Computer integrated Manufacturing (CIM) ensures data integrity. Sophisticated Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Center is coupled with many high precision EDM and computer aided Wire cutting facilities. The entire tooling operation is highly systematic, operating in cell environment with parametric data. Short lead times for new tools and very quick turnaround for modifications, if required, are achieved.We have 80 injection-molding machines with clamping force from 20 to 468 tones. This facility provides all types of plastic parts, double shots as well as precision mechanical parts in engineering materials.
