    Kormetal is one of the leading companies of Turkey was established in 1978 and producing high pressure aluminum die casting parts and light aluminum alloy car wheels. The parts and wheels we are producing are high quality and we are selling our aluminum parts only to European Countries. Also we are giving engineering service and sharing the project responsibility with our customers such as Philips, Wilo, Florence Peillon (Renault) and Hörman Komponentenbau (Mercedes). With our ISO TS 16949 certificate we are planning to increase our customers’ satisfaction. As you may easily understand Kormetal is not just an aluminum parts supplier, it is also an engineering firm which can give support to its customers’ projects directly. Kormetal, upon request, can design and produce your molds with high sensitivity using CAD-CAM technology and has qualified, highly skilled and experienced team members using AUTOCAD, UNIGRAPHICS, ANYS, and SURFCAM. Kormetal’s engineers give support to clients’ team members throughout mould design and production, sample presentation and development. After serial production every batch is investigated in details and transported to the customer’s site on time. The aim of Kormetal is to serve finished products to its customer’s assembly line. According to customer’s requirements Kormetal can inject and trim aluminum parts, apply sand-blasting and vibropolishing for surface treatment, do machining, drilling and painting. Every process step is checked by the quality personnel in the high quality test laboratories with Spectral analysis, X-Ray and 3D measurement machines and with painting test equipments.
