LTD." (KACPL) for marketing of their products viz. Castor Oil & Castor Oil Derivatives. KACPL is part of "Friends Group of Companies"(www.friendsgroupindia.com). Friends Group formed in 1984, initially started as a Cargo handling service provider at Kandla (India&＃39;s largest port) & has over the years diversified its business activities & is now a conglomerate of companies with a turnover of close to US$ 400 Mln.Its business activities & interests include : 1. Port services.2. Manufacturing & Export of Salt.3.Textile Products.4. Iron Ore Mining & Processing.5. Commodities Exports.CASTOR OIL & CASTOR PRODUCTS : KACPL has now ventured into Manufacture & Export of Castor Oil & its Derivatives & Castor Seed De-Oiled Cake. It has set-up a plant at Bharapar - 9 Kms from Gandhidham & approx 16 KM from Kandla Port & 70 Kms from MUNDRA Port.The installed capacity of the plant is as follows: 1. Castor Seed crushing - 500 MT/Day.2. Refining - 200 MT/Day.3.
