This has a major impact on quality, as too much heat affects both colour and taste. Our dried products colour retention is extremely good, and the taste more natural, with improvements in the fruits texture. Our new technology produces superlative quality for the export market.Landman Dried Produce is a new factory build with the dehidration of sub-tropical fruits and vegatables in mind. This factory adhears to stringent food safety rules and regulations. Our main products are dried mango, banana, pineapple, papaya and kiwi-fruit. Dried tamatoes could also be produced on request
