    Our company LINAN SHUJIE PACKAGING CO., LTD., formerly known as LINAN FLYING DRAGON COMMODITY CRAFTS MANUFACTORY. We changed our company name in 2009, because we purchase new plant which located in Ling Long Industrial area. Our company is a professional glass bottle and perfume cap products manufacturer with more than 10 years of experiences in tube glass bottle industry. We experienced the beginning and development of tube glass bottle industry in the application of cosmetic packing industry. Our company has 4 workshops, including bottle manufacturing, injection molding, mold developing and assembling.There are 8 sets vertical bottle manufacturing machines in the workshop, including 4 sets of 12 head machine and 4 sets of 16 head machine. The 16 head double chuck machine is the most advanced tube glass bottles equipment in China. It can produce various tube glass with the diameter range from 7 mm to 30 mm. and height from 25 mm to 200 mm with different screw neck and crimp neck. It has 2 automatic random anneal furnaces and 1 centralized manual anneal furnace. It also has stress analyzer and vacuum test box which can inspect the bottles immediately. Its average daily output is 200,000 pcs.There are 8 sets of Haitian 100-300 grams injection molding machine in the workshop. It mainly produce PP,PE,SURLYN PC2000,ABS and other materials. The mainly products of them are inner cap and perfume cap which match with complete set of tube glass bottle. The injection molding workshop own CNC processing center, CNC lathe, CNC drilling machine and electrical impulses, thread cutting and other precision mould processing equipments.There are 8 sets of assembly machine in the workshop, which is the independent research and development of our company.The equipment in our company is a leading in the industry. We also have many technical personnel who have 10 years of technical experience. Our factory has a strong technical force and can meet requirements from customer.Our company s main products are tube glass bottle and the matched caps and perfume caps. We will offer you one-stop services including bottle design, new mould making, product customization, cap design, new cap mould design and making, injection mold processing, product assembly and the surface processing on the bottle and cap.
