Its distribution network covers global demand throughstate-of-the-art terminals in the U.S., Canada, Malaysia, Mexico,Brazil, Australia, France and the United Kingdom.LODS  was incorporated as Lawn fertilizer Industries Pvt.Ltd., on July 29, 1980 under the Companies Act, 1956. The name waslater changed to LODS Industries Ltd. on December 6, 1982. TheCompany had come with its first IPO in February, 1984. LODS wasoriginally promoted by Shri Mahavir Prasad Mansinghka alongwithwith other associates.
