Shunde Longpower Hardware and Plastic Company is located in Shunde district, Foshan city, Guangdong province, which has been given the name?China?s Ruhr?. Our company was founded in 1980s, which is specialized in designing, producing and selling silicone cartridges, aluminium silicone sausage composite packing foil and aluminum collapsible tubes. We introduced modern high-speed automatic production line since 2004. At present we have sucessfully established long-term and stable partnership with some famous companies. Our products have been sold to Europe, the U.S.A, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Hong Kong and Macao etc.Our raw metiral are imported from Japan, Europe and America. With full-automatic production line, and stringent quality surpervision system, we can produce incorruptible, airproof, waterproof and nice appearance silicone cartridges and aluminum tubes. Our pressrooms can independently design and print the cartridges and aluminum tubes with our own formulated Uv-oil. Up till now, the annual output of cartridge is over 240 million, we can print up to 6 colors; the aluminum tubes is 150 million, up to 4 colors. We have collaborated with famous universities and scientific research institutions to develop new techniques of aluminum composite foil for silicone sausage packing, which have been successfully adopted to the automatic production lines, the output has reached to 800 tons per year.
