In order to ensure, that every time same instruments are supplied to our customers, We always create professional drawings of the samples and make CNC Gauges and then start the manufacturing process. We have set minimum possible tolerance level in our manufacturing processes. We are working with 27 in house workers. We have established a very well equipped Quality Control department with latest Quality Control Tools. In order to ensure that our instruments are rust free, Copper Sulphate test is done during manufacturing process and finally a boil test in distilled water is done after final Passivation in Citric Acid Solution.We have in house Production of Scissors, Haemostatic, Ligature and Dissecting Forceps and Needle Holders in General and Tungsten Carbide Quality.SCISSORSWe use SUS 420 J2 Stainless Steel in our Scissors fitted with non magnetic round bulb type screws. The hardness of our Scissors is always in range of 50 Rockwell.We are specialized in all kinds of Scissors in General, SuperCut and Tungsten Carbide Quality. The categories of our scissors include Vascular Scissors, Scissors of Eye and Nose Surgery, Dental Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Delicate Scissors, Surgical Scissors, Dissecting Scissors, Gynecology Scissors, Cardiovascular Scissors, Bandage Scissor and Rectal Scissors.For most of Surgical Scissor, Dissecting Scissors and Bandage Scissors, we always have stock items which we can ship immediately but for special items , we have to start manufacturing .The delivery time depends upon item required and its quantity.FORCEPSWe use SUS 420 J1 Stainless Steel in our Forceps and Clamps. The hardness of our Forceps is always in range of 42-44 Rockwell. Special Edge Breaking techniques are used to make box locks and other corners of the instruments soft and smooth. High Quality Cutt
