Firm "Mega-frut" is from Shumen, this is north-east of Bulgaria and thecenter of walnuts gardens in ourcountry.In Shumen region the gahtering of walnuts starts in the end of August andthe beginning ofSeptember.The company relies on careful cleaning, drying and preparing of walnuts.First quantities of dry and separate kernels we have on middle of September.Firm "Mega-frut"works with 6-7 priwate producers of kernels:we supplied walnuts to them and they make kernels for us.All process is on very old and traditional way - every thing by hand !!We don&＃39;t use any machineryes, that&＃39;s why we are answer for quality of ourkernels and we leave theclients to make any analyses.The kernels are separated into fractions:light 1/2,light 1/4,light 1/8 and separate kernelsin mahogany(brown) color.Offered in five-layer corrugated cardboard.Up to this moment most of our business is done with Italy and we assureabout 200-250 tones ofkernels ever every year.Also we work with walnuts. We relies on careful cleaning, drying and preparing of walnuts.We work with different bulgarian sorts: "Sheinovo", "Dryanovo", "Shipka" and so on.Walnuts is offered not calibrated, but handly cleaning in size 28+.The packages are egalization white nylon bags with a weight at the request of the client.The firm is able to produce 22-24 tones dry walnuts in period of 10-14 days.With walnuts from California we don&＃39;t work.We can assure about 250-300 tones of walnuts a year.
