Let us introduce ourselves, we are Mehra Polymers, manufacturers of latex based reclaimed rubber with RHC(Rubber Hydro Content) varying from 50% to 75%. Currently we are manufacturing White, Blue & Grey coloured reclaimed rubber in three different grades (SF-Super Fine, SP-Semi Pure & HR-Highly Refined). Reclaimed rubber has a capacity to replace virgin/raw rubber upto 30-60% and subsequently reduces the product cost. HR GRADE (SHEET FORM): Highly Refined Reclaim Rubber has thickness ranging from 8 to 12 mm (Each Sheet). As the name suggests, the product is Highly Refined & has RHC Content (upto 55% to 60%).2. SP GRADE (LUMP FORM):Semi Pure Reclaim Rubber comes in Lump Form as it is not possible to make sheets due to high & pure rubber contents. As the name suggests, it has high & pure quality Rubber contents & has 20-25% ash content.3. SF GRADE:Super Fine Reclaim Rubber comes in Lump Form as it is not possible to make sheets due to high & pure rubber contents. As the name suggests, it has high & pure quality Rubber contents ranging from 75-80%.
