Company Introduction
JSC METALISTAS L is one of the oldest and successfully working metal processing companies in Lithuania. It started its activities in 1960 from construction bindings and furniture fittings manufacturing. Today the Company is one of the leading Lithuanian manufacturer of fastening fittings, furniture fittings and non-standard products that offers wide ranging stock of products, services and technical solutions. The Company is constantly investing into processes development and the increase of the offered decisions flexibility and the expedition. The company METALISTAS LT employs 150 workers, 67 per cent of them work in the manufacturing. The manufacturing premises cover 20 000 square meters territory, while warehouses 4000 square meters. METALISTAS LT exports its production to 16 countries of the world: Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Russia, Romania, Pakistan, Republic of South Africa and Bangladesh.The Company pays much attention to the manufactured production quality. Quality lab operates at the Company, where constantly geometric, physic and chemical measurements are carried out which allow to safeguard products standards of the highest quality. In 2007, JSC METALISTAS LT implemented and successfully operates LST EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and LST EN ISO 14001:2004 environment protection system. The Company is proud that since June of 2007 it became the Rolls Royce Diesels Power activity branch diesel components (silencers) certified supplier after the audits of activities and quality. METALISTAS LT offers metal processing services for building and machines industry companies, manufacturers of furniture, individual enterprises. The works are carried from design to massive production. Individuality for the client is provided by variety of additional services: metal heat treating, powder and wet coating, zincing, assembling and others.The Company grounds its services using four main values, distinguishing it from other metal processing companies.
