We are Exporter & Manufacturer of 100 % Cotton Carded & Combed Yarn we are regularly  manufacturing 16/1 to 32/1 cotton yarn if you have any inquiry regarding export & Merchant Export of the same counts please revert us.  Please find below our Company Profile & Machinery details  We introduce ourselves as 70 million USD group company, having diversified interest in the textiles and steel manufacturing under the name and style of  MUKESH UDYOG LIMITED BUDHEWAL ROAD, NEAR KOHARA, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB (INDIA).  Our MUKESH GROUP is about 45 years old with expertise in the steel manufacturing, under diversification plan, group started investment in the spinning in the year 2002 with synthetic and blended spinning system by installing 30,000 Spindles.  Below are the highlights of the two units   ***_UNIT A: 100% COTTON YARN_***  This is state of the art machinery with 16000 Spindles .The unit became operational in March 2008.  The machinery is mainly of Lakshmi Machine Works, Coimbatore, India (LMW) Machinery details attached herewith. 100%Cotton yarn (combed and carded yarn) is of international standard.The major emphasis is of controlling the contamination by:- A) Double Contamination sorter: Pre and Post, contamination sorter ensures reduction of contamination being forwarded into the process. B) Sorter at Autoconer: All autoconer are equipped with contamination sorter along with PP channel.  Also TFOs are installed to fulfill the needs of the weaving and terry towel sector.  Product Mix: (1.) Combed Yarn: For knitting and weaving (2.) Carded Yarn   : For knitting and Weaving (3.) Double yarn    : Carded and combed   COUNT RANGE: Ne 16/1 to 32/1 The Quality assurance laboratory is equipped with all desired instruments for the Raw Cotton and Yarn testing instruments.    ***_UNIT -B: SYNTHETIC BLENDED YARN _***  This unit caters to the need of the Domestic knitting manufacturing sector .The 19000 Spindles are on the Polyester and other synthetic blended yarn.  Product mix:  1. 100% Polyester raw white and black yarn. 2. 100% Polyester Milange Yarns.  As a quality manufacturer, we always try to serve our customer with international quality and best services; it will be our pleasure to solicit your queries for the purchase of cotton yarn of all types.
