    Jiangsu Dasheng Group Co., Ltd. was set up in 1895 and is the spinning mill with the longest history in China. After more than one hundred years?development, Dasheng has become the textile group integrated spinning, weaving, knitting, blankets and trading business. The annual sales volume of textiles exceeds two billion RMB.Dasheng is equipped with the most advanced automatic spinning equipment, such as ring, siro, siro compact spinning, vortex and open end spinning. With more than 360,000 spindles, yarn?s output reaches 3000 tons per month. The quality can reach USTER 2007 5% level and knitting fabric?s anti-pilling level over SGS 3.5. Dasheng has become one of the largest cellulosic fiber yarn spinning mill in China with the satisfactory varieties.Dasheng has more than 500 sets imported looms, such as Donier, Tsudakoma, Toyota airjet and Sultzer Ruti projectile looms. The grey fabric?s width can be from 47? to 145?, the relevant cotton and blended grey fabrics are suitable for clothes and bed-sheeting. Dasheng is focused on top quality bed sheeting and industrial used jumbo roll fabric for special usage, such as base fabrics for abrasive, belting and tyres, etc. The roll length can reach 3000 meters. The fabrics? monthly output is around 5 million meters. For grey fabrics inspection, we use American 4 point system to guarantee the quality.Dasheng Group and Lenzing AG established the strategic cooperation partnership in April 2007 and realized the perfect combination of rich spinning experience and world leading cellulose fiber production technology. Dasheng consumes more than 2000 tons lenzing fibers every month and has the ability to produce viscose, Lyocell, Modal, cotton, polyester yarns and relevant blended yarns from Ne10 to Ne100.
