We have underwritten so many project funding requests that we are able to pick apart the offer and provide our clients with a comprehensive report with our recommendations. Our backround includes contracts, title work, environmental reports, local statistics, underwriting, processing, funding packages, closings, and more.Our costs are relative to the offer in need of review. Since we are a third party not interested in the revenue from funding we are able to be objective and fair, but most importantly straight to the point.
