Company Introduction
Mahi Talaeei (Golden Fish) factory was established in Qeshm Island in 2003, It started its work by producing canned skipjack tuna in Round tinplate cans.In 2004, Automation of production facilities gave a new support to our rapid growth in quality and quantity and providing a turning point for our products.At the same time, by improving technical sciences, 2 additional production lines (rectangular can and pouch package) were added to factory .Canned tuna usually contains 80% tuna Fish, 18% oil and 2% salt.For producing canned tuna in the factory first head and tails of all fishes are removed and big tuna fishes cut into some small ***** flesh of tuna fishes washed out and arrange in some special trays to blanch. In blanching process, the fleshes are cooked in wet temperature (hot vapor) and the amount of bonding water decrease.Workers clean the fishes, and all bones, scales and skins are removedThe flesh are filled in cleaned cans by automatic machines with a specific weight, hot oil in 90 degree centigrade and salt will added to cans later.Then all cans in a row go to Exhausting part that cans air is removed by hot vapor.The cans are sterilized in autoclaves under specific pressure/ temperature during specific time.These cans can be remained safe for 2 years without any additives, but for better taste it is recommended to boil in water for 20 minutes.
